I started out racing karts on a limited schedule in 2000 at Milton
Kartway, WV Kartway and Tyler Mountain. During the 2004 and 2005 seasons ran a few races in U-Car. With Shane Koontz pushing me I purchased a Classic and began racing full time in 2006. I ended up my rookie season with 3 wins and finishing second in points. In 2007 with 1 feature win and 10 top 5's out of 12 races I came up just short of the track championship with another runner-up finish.
