Having been a NASCAR fan for years, I have always wanted to become a racer myself. This will be the third season I have raced U-cars at Ona Speedway. Last year I won my first race on the first race of the year. After that race, I usually finished in the top five, but just couldn't repeat. This year I look forward to competing against my wife who will also have a U-Car. I would like to thank Brian Jacobs and Kenny Watson of Late Apex Motorsports for helping me build my car, Doug Wageman for helping me transport the car at times, Allison's Body Shop for their help and support, and Jimmy Lewis, co-owner of West Virginia Taxidermy and owner of Country Roads Deer Processing, for sponsoring me for the 2008 season.
